伍智聪医学博士是顶尖的胃肠病专家，致力于为纽约布鲁克林、曼哈顿下城及整个大纽约都市圈的患者提供尖端诊疗服务。
作为GI Health医疗中心的创始医师，伍医生运用最先进的结肠镜检查、上消化道内镜检查及PillCam系统无线胶囊内镜技术，为各类胃肠道疾病患者提供全面的诊疗方案，涵盖慢性/急性胃痛、结肠癌、痔疮及胃食管反流等病症。伍医生还提供非侵入性结直肠癌筛查服务，包括突破性的Cologuard粪便DNA检测。
伍医生师承发明大肠镜医生，接受照肠照胃专业训练；从父亲伍贤硕医生（唐人街第一位肠胃科医生）吸取多年丰富临床经验。取得医学学位后，伍医生先后在哈佛三大教学医院之一的波士顿贝斯以色列女执事医院完成内科培训，并在纽约西奈山医院完成胃肠病学住院医师进修。除门诊诊疗外，伍医生同时担任纽约顶尖医疗机构——纽约长老会医院-威尔康奈尔医学中心及西奈山-贝斯以色列医院的临床医学讲师。在GI Health，伍医生热忱欢迎来自纽约市各地的患者，致力于提供专业、富有同情心且以患者为中心的医疗服务。
